I created Your 100 for every day folx like you and me. Some may call it a workout challenge but I consider it a growth opportunity.

​

Commit to pouring into yourself for 100 days and I'll do the same. We'll engage in intentional movement and mindful practices that will make us physically and mentally stronger.
